Appointments
Our goal is for your appointment to be the best part of your day! We value both you and your time, and our conscientious staff makes it a top priority to stay on or ahead of schedule. We know that many parents work, and all children attend school. Since the vast majority of our patients are of school age, it is unavoidable that some school-time appointments will be necessary. However, it is very important to us that your work schedule and your child’s studies be interrupted as infrequently as possible.
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please give us 24 – 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We are happy to check on your coverage, file your claim forms, and otherwise help you with obtaining your benefits. Any amount we receive from insurance benefits will be applied promptly to your account.
Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage. Due to the complexities of insurance contracts, coverage and benefits cannot be guaranteed.
